At Village Church our mission is to make, grow, and send disciples of Christ. To fulfill the Great Commission given to the disciples in Matthew 28:19.

That mission does not change when it comes to our Kids Ministry.

Our role as the Church is to equip parents to be the primary disciple maker of their children. We want to partner with your family and provide you with resources to extend your child's understanding of the Gospel.

We want our kids to know they are a part of the church body now. One way we do this is by having our First Sunday Gatherings. The first Sunday of each month, all school aged children will sit with their family. We want our kiddos to learn what worship, prayer, and who God is by seeing other members of the church worship, pray, and learn about God.

What to expect on a Sunday:

When you arrive there is an entrance on the side where the playground is. This is the easiest way to access our Kids Ministry. When you walk in there is a check-in cart. Stop here to get your child's name tag and to fill out some contact information. From there we will walk you to your child's classroom and answer any questions you may have.

Village Kids serves children from birth-3rd grade. If your child is in a grade above 3rd grade they will be sitting with you for the main gathering.

Currently we have 5 classrooms:

Room 1: Newborns, Small Infants, Nursing Room

Room 2: Large Infants, Crawlers, and New Walkers

Room 3: Toddlers (ages: 18 months-3 years)

Room 4: School Age Kiddos(ages: 3 years to Kindergarten)

Room 5: 1st - 3rd Grade (meets every week except for the 1st week of the month)

Our rooms are flexible. If you have any questions about which room your child belongs in, just stop by the check-in cart and we will be happy to walk you through each room.
